What is Basecamp?
Basecamp is a project management tool used by Filemobile to communicate with clients that require support.
Note: You can find an overview of Basecamp’s features on their main website: http://basecamphq.com/
Depending on the size of a project or the number of the people working on the project, Filemobile might create a Basecamp project to communicate with you.
If a project requires access to Filemobile’s Basecamp, use the following URL: https://filemobile.basecamphq.com/
Creating Accounts:
If a Basecamp project account is required, Filemobile must receive the following information for each of the participants:
A participant should then receive an activation email asking them to change the temporary password.
Note: It is possible for a user to have access to many Basecamp projects within your organization.
Regaining access to an account:
By default all Basecamp user names with Filemobile are formatted in the following way: firstname.lastname. If you forget your login information, you can use the “Forgot password ” option located below the login fields.
If you continue to experience issues, please contact: support@filemobile.com.
To regain access to an account:
An email is sent with your login information.
Note: If the email used to create the account doesn’t exist, a message in red should appear with the following message: “Sorry, we couldn’t find anyone with that email address”.
