If you are a moderator or site administrator, you should have access to Media Factory. Visit http://mediafactory.fm to log in to see all comments and reports. If you do not have a Media Factory account, please contact Filemobile.

From the Community dashboard, you can reach the comments either via the quick links, or via the Community > Comments sub navigation menu.

1. View the comments in pages of 10, 20, 50 or 100. Sort by newest or oldest first.
2. Filter all comments by moderation status using the tabs. View only unmoderated, approved or denied comments.
3. You can edit the content of the text portion of a comment by clicking on it. Simply click Save or Cancel when done.
4. Lastly, click Approve or Deny to process the comment.
