Platform Overview

This documentation will give you an overview of the Media Factory platform including: How to work with media, meta-data, supported filetypes, source formats, collections, geotagging, working with moderation, external storage and CDN setup and more. This is required reading for those developer who will be working with Media Factory regardless of if you are using applications or API's.

API

Filemobile provides web services for JSON, REST, and other methods. This provides full management control of all your users and media. Some services are privileged and require a Filemobile API key that can be found on the developer page within Media Factory.

Media Factory

Media Factory lets you manage your content, members, and applications. All white label applications are hosted in Media Factory. If you do not have a Media Factory account contact your administrator or contact us at support ( at ) filemobile.com, with your first name, last name and email address.

Each application has it's own documentation that will explain how to design, expand, configure and deploy. Filemobile's white label applications are built on our powerful template engine and are fully hosted within the Media Factory platform. To access and edit your applications you will need to have a Media Factory account.
